What I would really like to do is interview those people who are excellent at learning online and identify the essential patterns (beliefs, values, behaviours) they show that make them excellent at what they do.
From this I could put together a model that could be used to help all online learners to learn more effectively and could inform the design of online courses.
The question is: how would I identify those who are excellent at learning online?
What would be the criteria for delineating between those who are successful online learners and those who are not?
